You can just sprint all the way That's what I did.

Mending, Breeze, Lure and just before they strike - Sprint... When the enemy stops chasing you, rest and recharge then repeat.

Run towards the crystal and again, just before they strike you with cripple, sprint and retrieve the crystal then run like hell.

Also enemy positions and enemy type comes into play. You might get lucky sometimes.
